QuikTrip 500: Odds, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch for 2019 race

Last week, NASCAR hosted its biggest event of this year in the Daytona 500, and it had been about as unpredictable as you can expect.Denny Hamlin, a guy known as a king of the restrictor-plate races, took home the win as a massive crash pumped out a massive portion of the field down the stretch.

This week there will be sins on the monitor as racing begins.

Kevin Harvick is the understandable favorite at 4/1 chances with eight top-10 finishes in his last 10 races and just two career wins over the track there. While Busch also has five top 10s in his last 10 races and two wins at AMS, kyle Busch and Joey Logano equally have 6/1 chances. Logano has four top-10 finishes, although no wins.

And while Martin Truex Jr. and Brad Keselowski can get lost in the shuffle, they are more than formidable in Georgia.

So who wins? Kyle Larson is due for a win, although it may be foolish to pick against Harvick. The 26-year-old went with a triumph year, but Atlanta could be the spot for him. Larson includes a second place finish in five career races at AMS and three top-10 finishes.
